Your Responsibilities

Your job is to find businesses that may benefit from e8e.dev and introduce them to us. That is the scope.

What you are here to do

  • Identify potential clients
  • Build professional relationships
  • Register leads and facilitate introductions
  • Help prospects understand the general value of what we offer
  • Share market observations and feedback

What you are not expected to do

  • Explain technical details or website architecture
  • Answer detailed development questions
  • Prepare proposals or quotes
  • Manage projects or client relationships post-sale
  • Provide support after a sale

If a prospect gets technical, involve us. Do not guess.

What you must never commit to on our behalf

Do not independently agree to, confirm, or promise any of the following:

  • Pricing or discounts
  • Payment terms
  • Project scope or deliverables
  • Timelines
  • Technical specifications
  • Warranties or guarantees
  • Contractual terms of any kind

These are handled by e8e.dev. If a prospect pushes for a commitment, the right answer is: “Let me check with e8e.dev and come back to you.”

There is no penalty for not knowing an answer. There are consequences for making commitments that were never approved.

How to represent e8e.dev

Be honest. Do not oversell. Do not make promises about outcomes you cannot guarantee. Do not use pressure tactics.

The goal is to create a conversation — not to close a deal on our behalf. We close the deal.

When something is unclear

Ask. No document covers every situation. Independent judgment is welcome and expected, but when something feels outside your understanding or authority, involve us before acting.
