Target Clients
The right client is not defined by industry. It is defined by situation.
Look for businesses that sell to other businesses or to international buyers — and whose website no longer reflects how serious the company actually is.
The clearest signals
A prospect is worth pursuing if their situation matches one or more of these:
- The website looks several years behind the current state of the company
- The business has grown but the website has not kept pace
- International buyers, procurement teams, or partners are likely to look them up online
- Someone in the company is embarrassed to share the website link
- Updates are rarely made because the process is too cumbersome or expensive
- They are currently paying for hosting and maintenance and getting little in return
These signals matter more than the industry label.
Business types we commonly work with
Trading companies, importers and exporters, distributors, manufacturers, industrial suppliers, engineering and technical consultancies, logistics firms, recruitment agencies, construction and project companies, architecture firms, B2B service providers, healthcare suppliers, training institutes.
The current priority geography is UAE and Saudi Arabia, followed by the wider Middle East. Leads from other regions are welcome and will be evaluated — they just may take longer to close.
Businesses that are not a fit
Solo coaches, freelancers, personal brand creators, restaurants, e-commerce retailers, SaaS companies, and any business that needs a custom web application or dynamic backend.
Do not spend time on these. If you are unsure, ask before pursuing.
A useful question to keep in mind
Would this business be embarrassed if a serious buyer looked at their website today?
If the answer is yes, it is worth a conversation.
